Easy and Affordable to Maintain:

All components and fixtures are standard household sizes. No custom components, no DC electrical or anything from the RV industry.

Inverter PTAC HVAC:

Same quiet and efficient operation as a mini split but also includes make-up air, is far easier to maintain and much less disruptive to tenants when there is a problem as you can simply swap the entire unit from the sleeve in the wall. Property management can also use hotel controls to limit the temperature setpoint.

Humidity Sensing Bath Fan:

A hardwired humidity sensing bath fan will always bring down humidity levels in the unit without relying on the tenant. This avoids mold, mildew and musty smells.

Easy to Connect:

All electric - the entire duplex can be run off a standard 200A electric service

No Chassis and Simple Foundations:

Because there is no large steel chassis needed for structure, the units can be set much closer to the ground for better aesthetics and ease of use.

No slab needed, just support along the long sides of the structure that can be facilitated by a grade beam, piers or even cinder block.
